Outstanding Reviews

Dogwood Crawlspaces is excellent! Thomas was quick to respond, honest in his assessment, did exactly what was needed and no more, where two other contractors tried to upsell me into pricey solutions for problems I didn't have. But Thomas was honest and did me right. I recommend Dogwood Crawlspaces to anyone, two thumbs up!

Super happy with Dogwood Crawlspaces! If you have found yourself researching on crawl space encapsulation and who to hire,Thomas should be at the top of your list. His pricing was very affordable and attainable for someone on a budget. Thomas was fantastic in his communications, professional, and very knowledgeable. There's a lot that goes into this and Thomas is very knowledgeable to get the job done correctly. Will definitely be using him in the future as well.

Highly recommend Dogwood Crawlspace!!! Thomas was very professional, honest and prompt with his communication. He only recommended what was needed and never tried to up sell anything more. Due to the significant humidity in our crawlspace, we ended up installing a professional grade dehumidifier to further support the crawlspace. Thank you Thomas and Dogwood!!!

Dogwood Crawlspaces did a wonderful job on my Crawlspace! From the drainage, to insulation, to the Encapsulation, the process went so smooth and looks amazing! Highly recommend and they will not disappoint.

Thomas was great to work with and does super quality work using the best materials. I looked into a lot of other crawlspace vapor barrier and encapsulation companies and Dogwood Crawlspaces was the best that I found and at a reasonable price too. Thanks Thomas for giving my wife and I great peace of mind with a really nice sealed crawlspace and Aprilaire whole house dehumidifier. You're awesome!

We have a very tall area that is tough to call a "Crawlspace" since you can stand up in the entire area. It had some water infiltration issues and Dogwood installed French drains, sump pumps, dehumidifier and a complete encapsulation. The fix was quick, cost effective and gives us a lot more usable storage. 10/10 would recommend.

We had our first crawlspace encapsulation done by Thomas and his crew this week. They were professional, courteous, informative, prompt, and thorough in answering all our many questions. They came on time and did the work so fast we were surprised! My wife and I definitely recommend Thomas and his crew. They are far more responsive than larger companies in the same space, and far more concerned about the well-being of their clients! Five stars to Thomas and his crew!

Thomas is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment to determine the underlying issue in our crawl space. He returned my call quickly and showed up the next day without applying any uncomfortable sales pressure. A true professional!

Guys did a tremendous job. Moisture was significant. Got it dried out, cleaned, and new insulation installed with vapor barrier. No one enjoys spending money on an area that you don’t live in but I thought it was fairly priced for the work that was done. Highly recommend. Pics are the before and after.
