Dogwood Crawlspaces LLC was established in May 2021. It all started when we purchased a home many years ago for ourselves and quickly discovered the crawl space had some major issues. After learning how high the going rate for crawlspace waterproofing was, we knew it was out of our reach so we decided to tackle the job ourselves. Although we would not recommend doing this, we learned a lot from the experience and ended up ironically working as a foreman for a well-known waterproofing company in the Triad region for many years afterward.

The experience we gained both personally and professionally on the job has allowed us to be where we are today.
